1. Shipping Destinations
SCE MARKETPLACE LIMITED currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK) and select European countries. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, but please note:
- Custom-made dresses may require 5-7 business days of processing time.
- During peak seasons (e.g., wedding season, Christmas), processing time may extend to 3-5 business days.
3. Shipping Times & Costs
United Kingdom (UK)
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days | £4.99 (Free for orders over £99)
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days | £9.99
European Union (EU)
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days | £12.99 (Free for orders over £199)
- Express Shipping: 3-4 business days | £19.99

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at tkqd6136@outlook.com.
5. Customs & Import Charges
For orders shipped outside the UK:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote areas that are not covered by our courier partners. If your address is deemed undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address or issue a refund.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care to ensure your order is packaged securely. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
- We will investigate the issue with the courier and offer a replacement or full refund (subject to courier confirmation).
