Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items for a refund or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the items meet the following criteria:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (tags attached, original packaging intact).
  • Items have no signs of wear, damage, or alteration (e.g., hemmed dresses, removed embellishments).
  • Return request is submitted via email or our contact form before sending the item back.

Exceptions: Custom-made dresses, personalized items, and intimate wear (e.g., slips, undergarments) are non-returnable unless faulty.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at tkqd6136@outlook.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return (refund/exchange).
  2. We will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping address.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the RAN, and ship it back to us.
  4. Provide tracking information for the return shipment (required to process your refund/exchange).

3. Return Shipping Costs

- UK Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (approx. £4.99). If the return is due to a faulty item or our error (e.g., wrong size/color), we will refund the shipping cost.

- International Returns (EU): Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs fees (if applicable).

*Note: We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

4. Refund & Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank to process the refund.
  • Exchanges: We will ship the replacement item within 1-3 business days of approval (subject to stock availability). If out of stock, a full refund will be offered.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will:

  • Arrange a free return shipping label (UK only) or refund the shipping cost (international).
  • Offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit (your choice).

6. Exchanges for Size/Style

Exchanges for size or style are subject to stock availability. If the desired size/style is out of stock, we will issue a full refund. Exchanges are processed free of additional shipping charges (UK only; international exchanges require payment of outbound shipping).
