1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items for a refund or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the items meet the following criteria:
- Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (tags attached, original packaging intact).
- Items have no signs of wear, damage, or alteration (e.g., hemmed dresses, removed embellishments).
- Return request is submitted via email or our contact form before sending the item back.
Exceptions: Custom-made dresses, personalized items, and intimate wear (e.g., slips, undergarments) are non-returnable unless faulty.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at tkqd6136@outlook.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return (refund/exchange).
- We will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping address.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the RAN, and ship it back to us.
- Provide tracking information for the return shipment (required to process your refund/exchange).
3. Return Shipping Costs
- UK Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (approx. £4.99). If the return is due to a faulty item or our error (e.g., wrong size/color), we will refund the shipping cost.
- International Returns (EU): Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs fees (if applicable).
*Note: We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
4. Refund & Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank to process the refund.
- Exchanges: We will ship the replacement item within 1-3 business days of approval (subject to stock availability). If out of stock, a full refund will be offered.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will:
- Arrange a free return shipping label (UK only) or refund the shipping cost (international).
- Offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit (your choice).
6. Exchanges for Size/Style
Exchanges for size or style are subject to stock availability. If the desired size/style is out of stock, we will issue a full refund. Exchanges are processed free of additional shipping charges (UK only; international exchanges require payment of outbound shipping).
